"RAGTIME" is a new project by the notorious Atlanta producer extraordinaire ocho maZi. In this collection of music maZi presents a homage to Jazz, specifically a style once called "Ragtime."

In the origins of Hip Hop, as once said by KRS-One, "you will always find roots in Jazz improvisations," so, it is no surprise that the multi-talented ocho maZi would share his love & passion for jazz music here on "RAGTIME."

maZi does not skip a beat, giving justice to these jazz samples, revitalizing them in a way that is unique but musically technical & sound. His precision when it comes to chopping samples is exactly why "RAGTIME" is a stellar gem for the Hip Hop Instrumental music scene.
